A short 9 hole course within a horse racing track. Naturally, it's all very confined and safety issues abound. Still, the architect found room for four short par 4s and two longer par 3s, so only three short par 3s had to be commissioned to provide the padding.

When played briskly this is a somewhat useful layout, although it does not test more than a handful of clubs. Whether it is actually possible to play briskly is a function of the number of beginners coming over from the adjacent driving range to try their first steps on a real golf course.

Considering the small site there's a surprising amount of blindness, which does improve the views, but nevertheless should be removed for safety reasons. Maintenance standards are acceptable.
