A typical, flat American-style layout with a residential development. While the houses do not line every fairway, they are especially visible on the back 9, which actually is the better part of the course. The front 9 features a lot of highway-style design, especially the first three holes are quite boring. Playing angles are virtually non-existant on many holes.
It does get a bit better once the many ponds come into play, although most of the water is easily avoided. One exception perhaps being the obligatory #17 (par 3 over water). On a positive note, there are no safety issues, even though all the fairways are quite close together. But there is little inspiration to be found on this course and the maintenance standards effectively kill the ground game.
