This is a rather basic course in every sense. The holes are far from exciting, most play straightforward through the middle. Shaping is minimal, many holes are very close together and a number of internal out of bounds areas had to be deployed to deal with safety issues. Conditioning can only be called rustic and the bumpy greens are little fun to putt on.

That being said, the course does adhere to firm and fast in an awkward way. It plays a lot shorter than the yardage on the scorecard suggests. For example, it is quite impossible to hold the rock-hard greens, so balls must be bounced on, which reduces approaches by at least one club. Most greens are flat, but tilted in some direction. There are some wide views and the setting is relatively peaceful, but other than that it is just a place to bash some balls around.
