The course sits on top of the high cliffs that have made the Norman coast famous. However, it is a little inland from the edge and over a road, so the views are not as spectacular as some claim.

Other than that it's a nice, old-style parkland layout with a few quirky holes and some more straight-forward ones. And the scenery is nice enough.
