Two thirds of this course are rather pedestrian, only the last couple of holes provide some real excitement and beauty. These are set in the foothills, where barrancas, rocky outcrops, undulations and stunning vegetation come into play. Whereas all that the other holes have are artificial lakes that aren't very well presented either.

One redeeming factor is that, unlike many other courses in Mallorca, Capdepera has no residential development to bear. Still, it feels like the typical residential add-on for much of the round. They make much of their signature hole, the 15th, which is a drop-shot par 3 with pretty views.
